They offer the full Steel Fabrication Services from project management, maintenance, drafting, painting, and installation. Projects range from medium-sized commercial through to large commercial and mining structures.About the RoleAs the Project Manager, you'll liaise directly with project stakeholders, principal contractors, and the client site-based management team and manage all site-related work. This includes the following responsibilities:Project programmingInstallation proceduresSafety plansSite inductionQA documentationSite inspectionsSafety meetingsProgress claimsContract variationsBudget forecastingSubcontracting quotesEstimating responsibilitiesThe Project Manager has overall scope across the whole project deliverables and all site-related works, including business development and client management.Requirements for this Role- Experience as a Project Manager with an established background in building construction, steel installation projects, or steel fabrication.- Strong understanding of ISO9001.- Located in, or planning to relocate to Cairns.At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
