Reporting to the Construction Estimating Team Leader, you will be responsible for all costing aspects of the business, evaluating projects and providing accurate estimates.Other key responsibilities include:Assisting with the authorisation of sub-contract and supplier invoice ETO'sAction variations and communicate to relevant internal and external stakeholdersSchedule all material and labour quantities accurately and efficiently through required software packagesReview, provide feedback and assist with system improvements to create efficienciesEnsure file notes are well maintained and up to date using appropriate softwareAssisting with technical training and support to other staff as requiredYouTo be successful in this role, you will have the following:Experience as a Scheduler and/or Estimator (not essential but advantageous)Understanding of construction methodsExceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team with a wide group of stakeholders across multiple business functionsEffective problem-solving skills with an ability to influence individuals or groups to achieve better outcomesPractical approach with a drive to improve or exceed goalsWhy ABN?We're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to be part of a family that values innovation, passion, and excellence.
