Sales EstimatorAre you an experienced estimator looking to take the next step in your career? Based in Melbourne, our growing commercial construction company is on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our vibrant team.
Your Role:As a Sales Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and competitive project estimates, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of diverse industrial and retail projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
In-Depth Analysis: Carefully review project plans, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to define project scope and construction requirements.Precise Estimating: Prepare comprehensive take-offs, tender estimates, and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.Process Improvement: Continuously refine estimating methods to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Tender Participation: Represent the company at pre- and post-tender meetings, addressing client inquiries effectively.Quality Focus: Uphold Australian Building Standards and industry best practices to ensure top-tier project outcomes.What You'll Need:To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
