We specialise in high-quality aluminium systems across the commercial construction sector, working on a diverse range of projects, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 builds, schools, industrial projects, and more. Key Responsibilities: Estimating Project Costs: Conduct detailed take-offs and accurately estimate costs for commercial projects, covering materials, labour, and timeframes. Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit comprehensive tenders that reflect our commitment to competitive and precise pricing. Client Liaison: Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, clients, and project teams, fostering open communication and trust. Design Collaboration: Work closely with our drafting team to review and manage designs, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of each project. Quality Assurance: Partner with the project management team to uphold the highest standards of quality throughout the construction process. Budget Management: Keep a close eye on project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks in contracts and project execution, safeguarding our projects' success. Progress Reporting: Provide clear and regular updates on project progress, budget status, and any deviations from the plan, maintaining transparency at all stages. Skills and Experience: Proficiency with Bluebeam, Adobe, Aconex, Outlook, and Excel is essential.
