About the role:We are looking for an energetic person to join our Estimating team. You will be well supported by our construction manager.  
Main Tasks:Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentsIdentifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentsCalculates costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirementsMaintains cost data base by entering and backing up dataContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications and Experience:2+ Years experience in a similar role Databuild experience is essentialAttention to detail is criticalProfessional approachAbility to work under pressureOrganisational and time management skills Desired competencies:Analytical thinkingInitiativeTenacityStrategic thinkingPositive approach to change We have a huge pipeline of work heading into 2025 and we need good people to join our team and help us drive the business forward.
