About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Contracts Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts, including assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting.
Knowledge of construction law, both of the head contract and subcontract, is desired to successfully manage the projects, claims, and variations.
Requirements for this role Degree in Construction Management or related field is highly regarded Experience within residential construction Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities to scoping, pricing, negotiation, and delivery At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
