The Role: Contracts Administrator Based in our Tamworth office, our Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Reporting to our Head of Construction, you'll work closely with the project management team to streamline contract administration, support budgeting and scheduling, and coordinate effectively with our subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities Contract Creation and Management : Draft, review, and negotiate terms to ensure all contractual obligations are covered and met. Scope of Works : Ensure all work required aligns with contractual agreements. Procurement and Execution : Manage subcontracts for fit-out and construction, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project updates. Budget and Schedule Oversight : Ensure projects are on track financially and meet timeline commitments. Risk and Compliance Management : Identify risks, ensure compliance with legal standards, and manage any contract-related disputes or issues. About You You're energetic, detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. An exceptional communicator with a strong background in contract administration, ideally with 5+ years in the construction industry. You bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset that drives efficiency, cost-control, and quality.
Note: this role is full-time based in our Tamworth HQ so we require a candidate who is already living in Tamworth, or who is willing to relocate.
