Construction Contracts Administrator

Capital Build & Design is looking for a Contract Administrator to join its growing team.
The role advertised is a full-time role and is based at the head office in Wetherill Park.
Capital Build is a growing developer/builder which builds Class 1 buildings (Duplexes, Triplexes and Town Houses) across Sydney and the Greater Sydney Region.
While this role is office based, the candidate must be prepared to travel to site if required, and hold a current NSW drivers licence.
The roles and responsibilities for this role are provided below:

Prepare and Issue Tender Documents to Subcontractors
Liaise with Subcontractors During Tender, Construction and Handover
Update Letting Schedules
Prepare Scope of Works and Breakdowns
Negotiate contract sums and conditions
Prepare Purchase Orders Via Buildlogic
Prepare and manage subcontract agreements
Assess invoices from subcontractors
Complete Orders for Site Staff
Liaise with site and office staff in relation to orders and subcontractors
Prepare contract notices for subcontractors
Request subcontractor documentation including warranties, insurances and claims
Prepare quantity take offs and measures for site
Prepare excel schedules for orders
Provide cost comparisons to senior staff
