About the roleSBR Contracting PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Western Australia. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on our projects.
What you'll be doing Managing and supervising a team of construction workers including HDPE Pipe, Earthworks, Concrete and SMP to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.Coordinating and scheduling work activities to maximise efficiency and productivity.Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on site.Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.Providing regular progress updates to Construction managers and clients.Mentoring and developing the skills of the construction team.What we're looking for Significant experience as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment.Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.Proficient in the use of construction management software.What we offerSBR Contracting PTY LTD is a leading construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
