About the role
We are looking for a skilled Construction Administrator to join our growing team at Tas Real Construction in Glenorchy, TAS 7010. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects and operations.
What you'll be doing Coordinating and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, plans, and specificationsProviding administrative support to project managers and site supervisorsPreparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentsAssisting with the coordination of subcontractors and suppliersMaintaining accurate records and databasesProviding customer service and responding to inquiriesPerforming general office duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Construction Administrator or similar administrative role in the construction industryProven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasksExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and XeroAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyKnowledge of construction terminology and processesWhat we offer
