In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the construction division by providing exceptional administrative services, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role involves: Answering incoming calls Managing email inbox, respond to written requests/enquiries from all clients Update onsite Builder with all accurate file notes, emails, documents relating to the build Order contour surveys & soil tests Provide working drawings & all other necessary documents to Certifiers Residential construction approvals /pre construction process Organise and assist Site Managers in providing client requests Place orders for construction team, i.e keys, handover pack items etc Accurately maintain & administrate all documents for each home under pre-construction.
