Construction Administrator

Talent Focus Recruitment is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join our client's team on a temp to perm contract based in Southport on the Gold Coast.
This person will be responsible for generating construction orders such as initial home purchase orders for trades and suppliers, and variations and amendments as requested from site. You will also assist our broader construction team requesting & reviewing quotes, manage sub-contractors packs and insurances. Please note this is not a "Contract Administrator" level. Ideally you will have experience including:
Minimum 2 years in a similar type CA role, with residential construction experience being very desirable; Ability to handle high volume and prioritise workloads to ensure desired deadlines are met; Onsite Companion experience is essential; Databuild experience is essential Excellent attention to detail; Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency  Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with sites; A high level of motivation and focus; A great attitude.
