THE ROLE
Due to ever increasing demand we currently have an opportunity for someone local to join our Journey Coordinators team.
The number one priority for this role is customer service for our clients, working in with our licensed Builder Lucas and our on-site Project Manager Gabe.
· The role involves being the main point of contact for a client from the quoting stage through to after they move in, as well as coordinating the admin to go with these stages.
· The majority of communication is via email and group message via Teams, with the occasional phone call to a trades-person or client adding an important personal touch.
· A Journey Coordinator is a flexible part-time role, typically between 10 and 20 hours per week, almost all of which can be done within school hours. These can be at any time and broken up to work around children, caregiver roles or other commitments.
· We run fortnightly meetings from our office in Osborne Park, usually for 2-3 hours, aside from which you are able to work your own hours from home. We also offer a personal touch to our clients by having the Journey Coordinator present at contract signing and key hand-over stages.
· As hours vary payment is usually via an ABN. This is a simple set up and usually allows you to claim a portion of your home expenses as work from home.
You will be supported and mentored throughout your time with us and most especially at the beginning. We use a simple system of organisation that is easy and user-friendly.
You will love working with us if you;
· Enjoy helping and working with all kinds of people
· Are mature minded and committed to a stable role working mostly independently
· Have experience in booking or coordinating trades or building work and speaking to clients – for example, real estate, insurance, a trades or building business, contract admin etc
· Have good written and telephone communication skills
· Have good computer skills and a computer and internet
· Are efficient and organised with high attention to detail
· Thrive in a small, friendly, down-to-earth and flexible team
