My client is seeking a Construction Admin / Pre-Site Administrator to guide clients through to building approval.

This is a work-from-home role with minimal office attendance required.

Role Overview: This role is essential in driving the approval process, managing documents, and finalising working drawings.

Your problem-solving skills and proactive approach will ensure clients' approvals exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Manage all contracts, variations, and final working drawings.Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, reflecting all changes before submission.Approval Management: Liaise with councils, certifiers, and stakeholders for smooth approvals.Client Coordination: Keep clients informed and ensure a seamless approval process.What They're Looking For: Minimum 3 Years' Experience in new home construction administration or a related field.Home Office Set-Up with the ability to work autonomously.Problem-Solving Skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate and timely documentation.Strong Communication to liaise effectively with clients and team members.Tech Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and industry-specific software.What's On Offer: Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $75,000Flexible Work Arrangement: Work from home with minimal office requirements.Supportive Team: Join a friendly, collaborative team that values your contributions.Career Development: Full training and support for professional growth.
