The Opportunity Whilst CPP is mostly an electrical company, we do have our own internal Civil division which supports CPP's commitment to self-performance throughout the entire project lifecycle. In line with our growth, we are seeking a civil Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects.
Reporting to the Civil Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management and technical leadership during the project life cycle to successfully deliver projects that contribute to Australia's renewable energy future. As a natural leader you will manage a dynamic project team to successfully achieve profitability of projects through reaching time, cost and quality targets.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to project manage the Orana BESS, a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in central-west NSW. With a capacity of 415MW and 1660MWh of storage, this innovative project will play a key role in supporting the Central-Orana Renewable Energy Zone and enhancing the region's energy capacity.

Minimum of 7 years civil project management experience is required, including substantial experience with bulk earthworksDemonstrated leadership experienceAbility to plan, monitor and control project activities with a focus on client requirements, productivity, cost, and qualityHigh-level business and commercial acumen, including contract management experienceTertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering will be highly regardedFlexibility to travel as requiredWhy Join Us?
