As Client Services Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of the business, representing Conplant in the field. You will be commercially savvy and have a knack for identifying opportunities that will benefit prospective clients and Conplant alike.
You will bring:
Proven and successful sales experience in a competitive market, ideally construction. A hunger to achieve; a self-starter who will take initiative. A knowledge or interest in construction. The eagerness to learn and become a subject matter expert across your products. The ability to effectively build and sustain relationships with your clients; you won't just talk the talk. Smart influencing and negotiating skills with an inherent commercial mindset. A risk consciousness: you can appropriately determine when to invest your time and effort.
