Hours vary across each store, and training is provided before you hit the shop floor!

To be a Connor Christmas Casual: Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
Be driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPI's.
Assist in replenishment of stock levels.
Maintain the presentation of the store.
Act with urgency with customers and tasks.
About You: Have exceptional customer service skills.
Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
Have an interest in fashion and trends.
Be someone who takes initiative, is quick-thinking, and loves problem-solving.
Have previous retail or customer service experience.
Experience in high-volume fashion retail preferred.
Love working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available for the peak period of Christmas, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
