About You: Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.Proven experience in training and coaching team members.A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's and driving budgets and targets.Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers.Driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPI's.Interest in fashion and retail.Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.Bonus: A much higher than average financial reward with performance incentives and commission structure.A generous Team member discount to use in any Connor store.Career development and training for all team members.
