Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and design solutions in consultation with business and technology partners to determine project technical requirements, explore design alternatives, and resolve issues.Lead the technical design, development, and support of switching applications.Perform core technical roles, including coding and troubleshooting technical problems.Prepare and execute unit test scripts for developed changes.Make effective recommendations for QA test coverage and ensure that QA completes testing without any defects.Deploy changes into the Production Environment and manage the SIT, UAT, and Production movement processes.Prepare Technical Specification Documents and System Handover Documents.Ensure adherence to established development standards and methodologies.Consult with stakeholders on technology solutions, providing expert guidance.Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex production incidents and defects.Provide BAU (Business As Usual) and on-call technical support as needed.Migrate changes into Test Environments as part of post-migration activities.Proactively raise awareness within the project team about potential impacts of code refactoring and make effective recommendations for QA testing.Company OverviewTechForce Services is a global Salesforce consulting partner and a trusted leader in delivering transformational experiences through Salesforce solutions.
