Connected Commerce Category & Insights Manager Our Pet Nutrition strategy aims to connect us to pet parents in a way that no other company can.
The Connected Commerce Category & Insights Manager ANZ will play a critical role in driving our transformation to become a digital-first organization that drives organic growth.

Reporting to the Connected Commerce Director, in a newly created ANZ eCommerce team, this senior role is responsible for integrating, analyzing, interpreting, and liberating the data related to the digital commerce touchpoints of pet parents/shoppers into actionable insights.
In the role, you'll also use insights to develop an eComm channel strategy in partnership with the sales team.

What are we looking for?

University degree or equivalent and/or experience in similar positions.
5+ years' experience in category insights, CPG, digital agency, or strategic consulting roles.
3+ years of experience working in digital insights, with understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
Experience assimilating extensive amounts of detailed data to see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations to drive meaningful impact.
Collaborate with retailer partners, using insights to influence and change strategy for evident improvement.
What will be your key responsibilities?

eComm Insights & Acceleration: Alongside the Connected Commerce Director ANZ, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Connected Commerce strategy for ANZ, driving customer-centric digital sales through insights and actions in partnership with the sales team, collaborating with retailers to drive results.
Digital Performance Dashboards: The product owner & user (with support from analyst) of performance tools will integrate retailer performance, shopper data, digital shelf performance, retail media performance, supply data etc.
Power Internal Connectivity: Communicate insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders including senior management, marketing teams, eCommerce and sales teams.
Digital Pet Parent Journey: Build a deep understanding of the digital pet parent user journey, using data to evolve our approach.
