About the role
As a Connected Care Senior Clinician, your role will include:
Supporting the planning, implementation, and organization of care aligned with the Connected Care model;
Providing clinical supervision for Connected Care clinical staff;
Provision of, and supporting others to provide, direct client care through a consumer-centered approach;
Contributing to a learning environment by supporting staff and undergraduate development, wellbeing, and satisfaction;
Leading, participating in, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives, in accordance with Barwon Health Policy and Strategic Plan.
To be successful in the role you will have:
A clinical (nursing or allied health) background with extensive clinical experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interprofessional team
Training and/or experience in the provision of clinical supervision
Experience in comprehensive client assessment and client-centered care planning
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Proven computer literacy and ability to learn specialist programs.
