Job Description We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Sunshine Coast Urban Development team.
Reporting to the Urban Development Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team.
This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your personal and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
Qualifications 1+ years' experience in an office administration role.
Experience in management support.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
