Job Description Novotel & ibis Darling Harbour is seeking a Conference & Events Sales Coordinator to join our team.
You will coordinate contracted conference and events through the customer journey cycle till post-event follow-up in order to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with and finalize event details with our clients on secured business, including compilation of event order through to on-site management of the event and appropriate post-event follow-up.Prepare proposals using up-to-date knowledge on rates, packages, operational details, and competitors.Proactively follow up on proposals and use skilled negotiation with clients to win the business and achieve team targets.Upsell conference & events packages and drive all revenue opportunities.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and meeting managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Host successful familiarizations and site inspections with prospective clients.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will:
