Conditions Assessor - Rockhampton

We are looking to put on additional staff in the remote property inspection team.
Initially 3 months with the possibility of extension.
This role is best suited for candidates already based in Rockhampton or nearby areas within a comfortable commuting distance, as it is not a FIFO position and may not be ideal for relocation.
Conduct audits/reviews on property condition data and condition appraisals.
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Maintain and update departmental information systems with the ability to use a variety of software and data applications.
A critical requirement of the position is an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols and issues to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, councils and communities effectively and sensitively.
Work in small teams to achieve expected outcomes while managing expectations in rural, remote and discrete locations.
About You A trade background is desirable.
Ability to travel as the role requires.
