Conditions Assessor/Property Inspector - CairnsTemporary role with possible extension for the right personThe OpportunityWe are looking to put on additional staff in the remote property inspection team.
Initially 3 months with possibility of extension.Conduct audits/reviews on property condition data and condition appraisals.Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.Maintain and update departmental information systems with the ability to use a variety of software and data applications.A critical requirement of the position is an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols and issues to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, councils and communities effectively and sensitively.Work in small teams to achieve expected outcomes while managing expectations in rural, remote and discrete locations.About YouA trade background is desirable, but anyone with property management experience is ideal.Ability to travel as the role requires.To ApplyApplications in Word format should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
