FIFO Positions EX PERTH MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking a team of experienced Concreters to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction services to our diverse clientele. Completing projects throughout the Goldfield's region in both residential/commercial settings & remote/mining settings. Being a FIFO role, this will be offered on a roster basis.
We are seeking a 4–6-person team comprising of the following: Trades Assistants / EarthworksWhat you'll be doing: Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other structuresPerforming complex earthworks, including excavation, grading, and backfillingReading and interpreting construction blueprints and plansCollaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project executionMaintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulationsProviding excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely mannerWhat we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter or Earthworks Expert in the construction industryStrong understanding of concrete and earthworks best practices, techniques, and equipmentProficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team or independentlyCommitment to safety and attention to detailWhat we offer: At MCP Oz Pty Ltd, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
