Test Report and Maintain
Hanson is seeking a hands-on customer focused person to join our Southern Region Technical team, in the role of
Concrete Field Tester
based out of our
Ballarat Laboratory . Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will carry out concrete testing in and around the Ballarat and surrounding area, for a NATA accredited laboratory. You will work with the southern region technical team, providing collaborative support to sales and operational staff in delivering production excellence and positive customer outcomes.
In This Role You Will
Carry out concrete field testing
Ensure laboratory operations provide excellent customer service at all times
Comply with all Health & Safety, legislative, environmental and quality requirements
Maintain project specific quality control systems

Strong literacy & numerical skills (written & verbal)
Hold a current driver's licence holder
Ability to take ownership & manage your own area of responsibility without close supervision
Able to work weekends and regular overtime
What We Offer
Base hourly rate from $28.91, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super
Working hours Monday to Friday, generally 6am - 3pm - pending workload
Saturday work expected - working on average 3 out of 4 p/month
