Our Concrete department is currently seeking a Concrete Batch Plant Allocator to provide additional support at our Narangba plant. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and reliable individual who can place a high level of value and importance on safety, quality of product and service to our customers.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Receiving customer orders and maintaining contact with customer baseEnsuring all dockets and orders are forwarded for processingResponding to unforeseen circumstances and changing customer demandsLiaising with sales personnel on any customer requirementsSupporting the Batchers and assisting with duties as requiredAssisting with yard duties around the site to maintain cleanlinessAbout you: Batching experience (preferred but not required)Previous customer service and/or allocating experienceStrong technical and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritise tasksAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentAbout Us: Wagner's is an award-winning and diversified Australian Construction materials and services provider and innovator of New Generation Building Materials.
