Your opportunity As a Casual Concierge Attendant at Westfield Parramatta your focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with customers and retailers to improve service standards and deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experiencePromoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.Greet guests at the concierge desk - engaging with them to understand their needs; providing directional information and advice to customers and suggest alternatives where requiredSupport the Brand Experience team and undertake additional tasks where requiredWhat will set you apart from the rest?: We're seeking a passionate, dynamic individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates will possess:
Previous work experience in a customer facing role working in a fast paced environmentWilling to go above and beyond for our customer's, making a difference to their Westfield ExperienceBe present in the moment, well presented, confident & self-motivated with exceptional people skillsExuding positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environmentBeing empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.Confident in providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environmentFlexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for this role.This is a casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
