W Sydney is now casting for a Concierge Supervisor reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in the absence of the Assistant Chief Concierge in accordance with hotel standards.
Maintains a concierge service and supervisory philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff. Supervises the Wheels team, the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
Assists in driving the Whatever/Whenever culture for all guests. Supports management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests' needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable, and personal stay.
