Casual Concierge required for a variety of shifts to cover personal and annual leave Support the team at St. Joseph's Mews retirement living appartments located in Hawthorn  Competitive hourly rate + casual loading + NFP salary packaging benefits About the role The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents by coordinating maintenance requests, arranging the collection of pharmacy prescriptions, ordering taxis, responding to medical needs and tending to other lifestyle and hospitality-related requests.
In addition, the concierge is responsible for: Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning Assisting at in-house events and functions Attending to various administrative tasks   About you Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Requirements Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate First Aid Level 2 Certificate Why VMCH?
