This role is on a part-time basis for 4 - 5 shifts per week.
Concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options.
ResponsibilitiesMake recommendations and offer guidance on the surrounding area for various guest requestsCoordinate and manage requests for special arrangements (VIP arrivals/departures, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals)Responsible for greeting and welcoming guestsAct as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirementsUnderstand customers' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotelArrange events, excursions, transportation etc., upon request from hotel residentsManage mail, luggage, deliveries, and messages for guestsAssist with Valet ParkingQualificationsA successful candidate will have:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local area and attractionsA valid driver's license and at least two-years driving experienceMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods of timeSimilar role experience highly regardedA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
