This role is on a Part time basis for 4 - 5 shifts per week.
Concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations.
This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options.
This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.
Some of the responsibilities include: make recommendations and offer guidance on the surrounding area for various guest requests Coordinate and manage requests for special arrangements (VIP arrivals/ departures, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals) Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements Understand customers' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc., upon request from hotel residents.
Manage mail, luggage, deliveries, and messages for guests.
Assist with Valet Parking.
