The Role: The Concierge / Customer Service Team Member is an integral role to the guest experience as you will be our clients' customers first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.
This role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.
These positions are to commence ASAP , based at Canberra Centre in Canberra , ACT 2608 and will require flexibility across mornings, afternoons and evenings 7 days a week.
These positions are paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020 .
