Key Responsibilities: Warm Greetings: Welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.Showroom Presentation: Maintain a well-presented showroom and display stock.Diary Management: Assist with Sales Consultant diary management, including lead allocation and follow-up coordination.Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.Customer Needs: Identify and address customers' initial needs promptly and efficiently.What We're Looking For: Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and equipment.Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.Why Join Keystar Morayfield?
