The Role Beautifully set between rolling green hills and the crystal-clear waters of the Coral, this location is conveniently within easy access to public transport and shopping precincts. This contemporary village is defined by its sense of community with friendly residents enjoying elegant living in a coastal location.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis . working a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts.
Shifts are:
Friday – 3:30 PM -6:30 PM
Saturday – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Every 4 th Tuesday of the month – 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Our Concierge is the go-to person for our residents, who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the village. The successful candidate, will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the village and bar, having more of a hands-on approach. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:
Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests Responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests over the phone or in-person in a genuine and friendly manner Sorting and delivering mail using village buggy Pick-up and drop off for residents in village golf buggy Initiating work orders for maintenance Assist with village events and functions Light tidying and cleaning of common areas. Basic cleaning and air blowing leaves Responding to the resident calls, providing basic first aid or calling an ambulance Bar service – serving drinks at counter Cleaning and tidying behind the bar Assisting residents with stock control for the bar Re-stocking and cleaning of coffee machine Your Background You will ideally have a background in hospitality and customer service. The successful candidate will also require the following:
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook Excellent communication and organisational skills Be extremely well presented and reliable Have a passionate and customer- focused approach with a can-do and proactive attitude Hold a valid drivers' licence To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain (Not Essential) Have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) training, ideal but not essential (Not Essential) Training and working with a supportive and fun team Thrive as part of a strong team in an exceptional work environment Career development and growth opportunities Employer referral program Annual vaccinations and skin checks Health & Wellbeing and Reward Program What do we do?
