What this opportunity involves: We are looking for a Concierge Coordinator that will be working with the JLL Facilities Team and the Clients Workplace Experience team to create the best workplace in the Sydney office.
This role will play a fundamental role in creating & delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
A snapshot of the role: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildingsProvide registration support and issue access passes and visitor passesConference and meeting room scheduling and supportRespond to enquiries from internal and external customersReceive incoming deliveries and manage the distributionProvide Event support to large in-house Atlassian events as requiredMaintain premises in neat and good working condition at all timesThe client: Atlassian The world's best teams work better together with Atlassian.

You will have relevant experience either in hospitality, concierge, or front desk roles, with great customer service skills.
