Concession Store Manager - Yarra Trail

The role:Yarra Trail is looking for Concession Managers to lead the teams at our NEW Yarra Trail David Jones Queens Plaza, opening in September 2024.
This part-time leadership role involves working a two-week rotational roster (24-29 hours/week), maximizing sales, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, maintaining operational excellence, promoting wellbeing, recruiting and training team members, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
