This opportunity is for 38 hours per week, working Tuesday through to Saturday:
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday: 9:00am - 4:00pm, Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
As a Concession Manager you will: Lead, develop and empower an enthusiastic and dedicated team. Lead and champion exceptional customer service in store. Become BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience in our MYER stores. Represent Bendon's values and vision of making all women feel confident and comfortable for life. Focus on operational excellence through tasks such as loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs. Partner closely with the Regional Manager on store, region and companywide initiatives. Implement Visual Merchandising in your Myer PAD to Bendon standards and guidelines. Empower your team to keep up to date with training initiatives and opportunities for growth within our Bendon training and development programs. Analyse sales data, reporting and rosters through Power BI and Ready Tech/Zambion to enable you to consistently improve performance, sales and optimization. Be an advocate for Bendon's SEAMS approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting. To be successful you will need: An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships. Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience working in retail, with a proven track record of driving sales to achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets. Attention to detail, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly. Previous experience in a retail store management role, with concession experience is highly regarded but not essential.
