As the Concession Store Manager you will: Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment Be a brand ambassador for this label Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store For you they provide stability, support and; Competitive salary package + bonus/incentive program Tuesday to Saturday roster or a 6/4 roster with every second weekend off Excellent opportunity for further career advancement Generous bonus and incentive structure POSITION REQUIREMENTS A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail and the desire to style your customer from head to toe Have Retail Store Management experience Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets Ability to listen and use feedback constructively Have strong communications and relationship building skills Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise Be warm, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond in styling our customers Possess sound visual merchandising skills * Not all opportunities are advertised on external job boards.
