Concentis | Site Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our civil construction team. This role is critical for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage site operations across earthworks, drainage, pipeline infrastructure, utilities, and road construction.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.Monitor project progress, performance, and costs, identifying variations and reporting to the Project Manager.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.Plan and allocate resources (labour, equipment, and materials) to meet project timelines.What We're Looking For:5+ years' experience in civil construction site supervision with depth knowledge of civil construction, and or plumbing principles.Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent).Certificate III in Plumbing.White Card and Manual Driver's Licence.A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
