About Role: The Computer Network & Systems Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems. The role ensures the seamless operation of all IT services, implements security measures, and provides technical support to staff.
Duties & Responsibilities: Provide daily IT support to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site. Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Administer and support server environments, including installing, configuring, and updating operating systems. Monitor and report on network performance and system health. Assist with the implementation and management of security measures. Support the integration of IT systems and applications. Manage Microsoft Azure resources. Monitor and manage Azure services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and IT procedures. Provide training and support to users on IT policies and best practices. Key Selection Criteria: A Master's/ bachelor's in information technology or a closely related field is desirable. Demonstrated expertise in administering and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. Ability to implement and maintain security measures. Experience with security protocols and antivirus software. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to data security. Strong communication skills. Experience managing IT projects. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to address user inquiries promptly.
