Component Rebuild Fitter

Joyce Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced Component Rebuild Fitter to join our Mackay workshop team, for our rapidly expanding component repair department.
Our component repair department exists to support our clients when they need fast-turnaround component repairs.
This position is a 5:2 roster, we operate 12-hour shifts and our hours of operation are 6 am-6 pm.
Position Responsibilities The disassembly, inspection and assembly of heavy machinery components Machine overhauls and mechanical repairs Maintaining high levels of housekeeping within your work area Quality control Compiling reports Generating parts list We are looking for: Must have component rebuild experience – Preferable on CAT machinery Must possess the ability to have a high level of attention to detail Experience on heavy earthmoving equipment componentry An individual looking to join a stable workforce with a great team environment We Offer: Full-time or Casual employment options Flexibility for family commitments Family orientated culture Brand new workshop A dedicated component rebuild section in the workshop Well maintained tooling Monthly BBQ/Lunches Join Joyce Mechanical Services and become an integral part of our success in providing top-notch maintenance services!
