Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Specialist, where you will provide essential and analytical support for Worley's Ethics Helpline program. In this expert-level position, you will handle complex data, prepare insightful reports, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate communication across our organisation. Your contributions will directly impact our compliance initiatives and support senior managers and executives.

What You'll Do Monitor and respond to inquiries that come in via the Ethics Helpline. Log reports on behalf of reporters to the Ethics Helpline. Produce monthly management reports on Ethics Helpline activities. Prepare presentations on Ethics Helpline statistics for various stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of Ethics Helpline reports for the Board of Directors. Collaborate with investigators and provide updates on case progress. Support the Compliance Manager in triaging new cases within our case management system. Follow up with Stakeholders on agreed actions to ensure timely completion. Develop and maintain the Ethics Helpline Dashboard using Power BI. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the case management system. What You'll Have Relevant experience working in Compliance. Strong analytical skills and experience in producing detailed reports and presentations. In-depth knowledge of compliance systems, processes, and troubleshooting. Effective stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships and serving as a subject matter expert. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inform and persuade on complex issues. Detail-oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Proficient in advanced word processing, spreadsheet, Power BI and graphic design software. Proactive in prioritising tasks in complex situations with multi-project and organisational implications.
