We have a full-time/ part-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Compliance & Risk Lead to join our supportive team based in Perth.
In this role as Compliance & Risk Lead, you will be contributing toward the development, implementation and monitoring of the firm's compliance and risk policies, procedures and guidelines.
You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and Compliance and your key role responsibilities include:
Drive compliance and risk awareness across the firm through regular communication and coaching Contribute toward the development, implementation, and maintenance of the internal AML/CFT risk management framework as well as the firm's practice quality frameworks Provide support and guidance to all internal stakeholder groups in monitoring the compliance practices in the firm Conduct regular reviews and prepare risk and compliance reporting to the board and relevant committees To be the successful applicant, you will have:
Highly developed stakeholder management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a good working knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and processes Preferably previous experience in professional services but it is not mandatory Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented What we can offer you
