As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.Position: Compliance & Quality Assurance ManagerSalary: $90,000 to $95,000 plus superannuationEmployment Type: Full-time 38 hours a weekKey Responsibilities:Ensure that Always Care Services Pty Ltd operates in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, quality assurance standards, and internal policies.Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance and quality assurance programs to mitigate risks and prevent violations.Lead and manage internal audits, monitor compliance, and address any deviations with appropriate corrective actions.Prepare, maintain, and improve internal compliance and quality management documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.Conduct thorough investigations as needed to uphold quality and compliance.Develop and deliver training programs for management and staff, focusing on compliance, risk management, and quality assurance education.Implement and manage internal reporting processes to support transparency and accountability within the company.Promote risk awareness throughout the organization and lead initiatives for proactive risk management.Monitor and review complaints and feedback on the Complaints Management Form and Always Care Services feedback email respectively.Oversee and review closure of complaints. Assist the Quality Safety and Compliance Manager/Officer to report on complaints, compliments, and feedback monthly to the General Manager. Track and monitor all complaints directed to Always Care Services.Monitor the submission and progress of Serious Incidents within the organization through to completion ensuring: - The General Manager has been informed of each Serious Incident, - Serious incidents are logged internally and when required submitted to the NDIS Commission. - Correspondence from the Commission is saved against the relevant Serious Incident. - Parties are aware of their requirements to report within set timelines.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Health Services, Compliance, or a related discipline).3+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role, preferably within the health or community services industry.Demonstrated experience in developing and managing compliance programs and conducting internal audits.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations impacting the health and community services sector.Excellent communication, training, and report-writing skills.
