About The RoleAs Compliance & Operations Officer, you'll help support the enterprise team by managing and optimising the compliance and operational aspects of the division.
You'll ensure our vendors (solar and other clean energy retailers) are adhering to program guidelines, efficient workflows, and make suggestions to improve and enhance operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll act as the communication bridge within the Enterprise department and across the broader business.
Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations of the enterprise team - participate in meetings and provide input on operational matters.Act as a liaison between the Enterprise department and other business units as well as ownership of the team inbox.Identify and escalate operational issues or bottlenecks, as well as collect and analyse data to find areas for operational enhancement process improvement initiatives.Prepare project documentation, including reports and updates.Contact customers and vendors where required and assist with the resolution of specific issues raised.Assist with risk management and compliance processes.Assist with HESP referrals, NETCC & SAA Audit (Accreditations).Report on scheme guideline breaches and warnings.Provide support with general issue management and resolution.About YouYou have a good understanding of operations and business processes.Your organisational skills are outstanding, and you are skilled in managing your time well, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people across all levels.You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint – highly desirable if you have project management software experience.You have a basic knowledge of project management principles.Experience in the solar/renewables sector is highly advantageous.BenefitsWe're committed to building a culture where our people can thrive, both professionally and personally.
