Experiencing steady growth, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at our Head Office situated in Toowoomba.
This busy role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your ability to retain information, working both supervised and autonomously. Your time management, attention to detail, and communication skills will be paramount for you to be successful.
Duties and Responsibilities:Data entry and record keeping including truck and forklift prestart maintenance, job cards for our maintenance systems, load verifications, sub-contractor compliance, and work diaries.Scanning and filing.Compiling new employee paperwork.Maintaining COVID-19 records.Maintaining uniforms and promotional items.Booking of all staff training and record keeping, including medicals and industry associated training.Annual updating of all depot emergency information.Maintain Agsafe premises and personnel accreditation.Maintain and renew DG site licences and notifications.Cross check weekly DG storage reports against site licences and maintain site registers.Be aware of customer's stock projections to accommodate for future storage.Internal quarterly and annual auditing.Maintain annual racking inspections from external providers.Ensure toolbox talks are completed maintaining the toolbox talk register.Assist in the training of current and new internal policies.Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are essential to be successful in this role. Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.
