Join Our Compliance Team at Blue Card Services (BCS) and Make a Difference! Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of children? At BCS, we are dedicated to protecting children through the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Compliance Unit and help us achieve compliance with blue card system requirements through an education-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:• Initiate investigation cases in response to referrals from both internal and external sources.• Conduct thorough investigations into standard cases of non-compliance, collecting relevant information to substantiate allegations. Complete initial assessments to decide appropriate risk mitigation strategies.Provide high-level education to stakeholders through both written and verbal communication to achieve compliance.• Identify and escalate high-risk cases through established pathways to ensure timely and appropriate action.• Prepare briefs for the Queensland Police Service on standard cases of noncompliance.• Perform risk management actions and quality assurance of case activities and decisions.• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and innovative work environment.Join us at BCS and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children.
