They are dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and compliance, ensuring they meet the highest standards in all aspects of their business.About the Role:This entity is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.In this role you will be involved in:Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks.Monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes, ensuring the entity's policies are up-to-date and compliant.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance-related issues.Leading investigations into compliance breaches and recommending corrective actions.Preparing reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.Providing training and support to employees on compliance matters.About You:Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.Retail experience would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.You must be based in Melbourne and have full working rights in Australia.Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skillset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to work independently and multi-task.How to apply: To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
